Pontiac Home :: retired 2003 / 08 / 15

Welcome to my Pontiac pages. This portion of the site is dedicated to Pontiacs, specifically the 1994 - 1996 Grand Prix. Previously I said that I will focus on the 3rd generation Trans Am as well. I still mean to, but for now I am focusing on the Grand Prix, as I have more experience with it. (It is also more neglected.) Need more reasons? Check out my Grand Prix testimony. If you are in dire need of F-Body information, go to the links page.

Well, there are a few more visual items here for the pontiac page. I have organized the links, but only a bit. At the bottom of the links page there is button that will take you to one of the links randomly. Exciting. There are a few more additions to the 1994-1996 Grand Prix Upgrade page. As usual, this page is nowhere close to finished, so look for updates in the future.

In other site news, I have created a page to hold retired or replaced pages for this part of the site. Check out Old Ponti-pages if you can't find something that you saw here before. Or, breathe a sigh of relieve that it is gone!

What's on the way?

Well, only the future will tell for sure. But, if I can ever get a propper scanner (and an internet connection. See previous rants.) I want to add a small picture page. Later, if I can, I would like to add a guestbook for visitors (name, vehicle, miles/km, quote, etc.) However, that would involve me working with database and my site provider only likes CGI/Perl. I want to use MySQL/PHP. So, I blame the site provider, my ISP, and the sea among others for my lack of work. (OK, so actually laziness is a factor too.) I would also like to compile a Grand Prix timeline, though this will take some research. Look for the picture page in the near future.

If you find any errors or any places where the script doesn't work right, please email me. Thanks for visiting.

Welcome to my web site dedicated to the Grand Prix (the generation that finished in 1996) and the 3rd generation Trans Am. Two of the most neglected, but hottest Pontiacs. I am still gathering and putting up new info, so we are far from done here! Thanks for dropping by!

Definition: Ept (ept') n. - a word meaning to intelligently maintain, handle, and use a machine, usually a vehicle. (e.g. "He fixed the headlight as soon as it broke, which was very ept." ); adj. - used to describe the qualities of tendencies of a machine or vehicle. (e.g. "A very ept '92 Pontiac Firehawk in pristine condition glistened in the morning sunlight."); adv. eptly (ept' lee) - used to describe any action as being intelligent or proper in the given situation; interj. eptly - an exclamation of sudden awareness of something ept; ant. inept

OK. Its not a real word, but through the principle of common usage, it will become one. This is a word I use often (everyday) with those whom this word describes. So, it seems odd for me to talk about Pontiacs without using this word. Be aware, as I will be using this word on the site. In fact, be aware regardless.

New Site News: A page for streetable upgrades has been added. Also, there are finally more than 2 links on the Pontiac Links page.
